Position Overview
The Hearing Aid Specialist – Sales Trainee is a growth-focused, patient-centered professional in development. This role is designed to build future leaders who combine clinical excellence with ethical sales performance.
As a Sales Trainee, you will learn how to:

Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Experience
- Create a welcoming, trust-based environment for every patient
- Conduct hearing evaluations under supervision (training provided)
- Educate patients and third parties about hearing loss and solutions
- Present recommendations clearly and confidently
- Follow up consistently to ensure long-term satisfaction
Sales & Growth
- Meet and exceed individual performance goals
- Track KPIs including conversion, revenue, and follow-up compliance
- Participate in local marketing and community outreach efforts
- Maintain a full schedule through proactive patient engagement

Qualifications
- Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser preferred. If not currently licensed, will be required to become licensed within 12 months of hire & maintain license going forward.
- 2+ years of sales experience preferred (healthcare, retail, or consultative sales)
- Strong closing and relationship-building skills with high level of care for individuals
- Ability to work independently and manage daily performance metrics
- Goal to obtain state licensure (company supported)

Comp: Average 1st year earnings $50K-$65K, high earning potential once licensed
