Compensation & Benefits
- $160,000–$200,000+ total compensation with performance bonus eligibility (surgery experience required)

What We're Looking For
- DVM/VMD degree, licensed and in good standing in Colorado
- 5+ years of clinical experience, including leadership or mentorship responsibilities
- A genuine belief that a great team is the foundation of great medicine
- Strong organizational and strategic thinking — you're decisive and results-oriented
- A visionary mindset — you see what's possible in modern vet medicine and want to help build it
