Maintain the architectural frameworks/patterns, processes, standards and guidelines related to litigation support systems and data architecture.
Implement system design, configuration, and templates.
Provide technical and software subject matter expertise to the various litigation support teams.
Troubleshoot problems.
Explain software functionality and configuration to other technical staff and legal staff.
Perform changes, routine maintenance and upgrades to complex systems.
Test changes and upgrades for functionality and performance.
Monitor system resource usage and availability.
Requirements
8 years professional experience
3 years litigation support experience
6 years’ Information Technology experience
Examples of litigation support systems include server managed eDiscovery platforms i.e., Case point, Relativity, Recommind, Clearwell, Concordance, etc.
