You are a Web Designer specializing in WordPress who designs, develops, and maintains high-quality websites that reflect the Homes by Avi brand while delivering intuitive, engaging user experiences. You blend graphic design, UX/UI thinking, and front-end development, allowing you to move seamlessly from visual concepts to fully functional web pages that support lead generation, brand storytelling, and strong digital performance.
Working under the direction of the Marketing Director, you collaborate closely with the sales, management, and leadership teams to strengthen the organization’s digital presence and elevate the overall brand experience online.

What You Will Do:
Website Design & WordPress Development
- Design and develop responsive, user-friendly websites using WordPress.
- Customize and modify WordPress themes and templates to align with brand standards.
- Create engaging landing pages, campaign pages, and community pages that drive lead generation.
- Recommend WordPress plugins.
- Ensure websites are optimized for performance, SEO/AIO, and accessibility.
Graphic Design & Brand Execution
- Create digital assets including web graphics, banners, landing page visuals, icons, and marketing imagery.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD or Figma) to produce high-quality visual designs.
- Ensure all website visuals align with Homes by Avi brand standards and marketing campaigns.
- Work collaboratively with marketing team members to translate campaign concepts into compelling web experiences.
- Optimize images and graphics for fast-loading web performance.
Frontend Development & UX/UI
- Develop and translate UI/UX designs into clean, responsive HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Build reusable page components and maintain a consistent design system.
- Apply UX best practices to improve user journeys, navigation, and conversion paths.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across devices.
- Implement frontend UX components such as:
- Interactive forms and lead capture elements.
- Dynamic page elements and animations.
- Call-to-action modules and conversion components.
- Image galleries, sliders, and interactive layouts.
- Optimize page performance and loading speed.
- Support implementation of frontend enhancements and usability improvements.
Collaboration & Optimization
- Implement integrations with marketing tools, CRMs, and analytics platforms.
- Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements to UX and performance.
- Support A/B testing and optimization of landing pages and lead generation funnels.
- Maintain website security and apply best practices for data protection.
- Implement basic SEO/AIO principles and best practices (e.g., proper information architecture, image.optimization, clean code) to ensure websites are optimized for search engines.
- Monitor website traffic and other key metrics using tools like Google Analyticsto make data-driven. decisions for improvement.
- Ensure designs meet web accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Ensure projects are completed on time;

Your Qualifications – The Must Have’s
- Proven experience designing and building websites using WordPress.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to balance design aesthetics with functionality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Demonstrated graphic design and visual storytelling skills.
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with WordPress page builders (Divi or similar).
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles and user-centered design practices.
- Familiarity with SEO/AIO fundamentals and website performance optimization.
- Experience with frontend UX components and interactive web design elements.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript and frontend frameworks is an asset.
