Manager / Senior Manager to Operations – Management Consulting

About the role

As part of KPMG’s Customer & Operations practice, you will lead engagements that help our clients to unlock profitable growth through optimizing their supply chain and operations. You will support clients in strategy and performance improvement projects within the area to transform planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics and more. This could include designing operating models, optimize global footprint, implement new processes or improve cost-efficiency. Many projects involve implementation of digital tools and AI to drive automation, streamline decision-making and build data-driven operations.

Beyond this, you will play a vital role in shaping KPMG’s growth agenda by identifying new business opportunities, leading commercial dialogues, building senior client relationships and contributing to the development of our people, methods and go-to-market offerings. The role can be placed in Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmö, depending on your location and preference.

What we are looking for

We believe that you:

• Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field
• Have 5-12 years of experience in management consulting or relevant industry roles
• Have led strategy and/or transformation projects within supply chain or operations, e.g., manufacturing, network optimization, warehousing, logistics, planning, procurement or similar
• Are confident working with senior stakeholders
• Have strong leadership skills and enjoy developing people and teams
• Possess strong business acumen and a proven sales track record
• Are fluent in English, and ideally also in Swedish
• Experience in working with operational systems and platforms (e.g. ERP, forecasting & planning, procurement and logistic tools) is a strong merit
