- Develop scalable BytePlus partner ecosystem strategy while connecting to ByteDance ecosystem.
- Identify, qualify, onboard & Establish long-term, productive, professional business relationships with regional partners.
- Work with cross-functional teams and Sales teams to discuss end to end solutioning with the partner and external stakeholders, negotiate, build, onboard and manage the entire lifecycle of the partners
- Own the entire partner enablement programs and regional GTM to accelerate partner’s onboarding & success with BytePlus.
- Attain set KPI targets for the direction of focus areas including but not limited to: lead generation via partners, opportunity qualification, co-selling with AEs, revenue attainment, partner onboarding, partner led opportunities, and partner success related metrics.
