SAP OTC Program manager/Product owner

GAC Solutions is seeking a SAP OTC Program Manager/Product Owner to lead and manage the optimization of end-to-end processes across various applications. The role involves conducting business analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring effective training and documentation for users.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the optimization of end-to-end processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all applications, including ERP (SAP), CRM (SFDC), and aftermarket services (ServiceMax)
• Serve as the owner of end-to-end business processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
• Conduct thorough business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, automation, and efficiency gains
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and sales, to ensure successful user stories refinement for the delivery team to develop and implement
• Ensure seamless integration of COTS applications with existing systems and processes
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to utilize systems effectively
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes, system configurations, and standard operating procedures
