Program Manager (AWS, Cybersecurity with Healthcare Domain)

Nasscomm is seeking a Program Manager with expertise in AWS and cybersecurity within the healthcare domain. The role focuses on governance, coordination, risk management, and budget oversight across multiple workstreams, ensuring effective execution and alignment with leadership stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Builds and runs the program governance model (steering committees, status reporting, PMO cadence)
• Oversees multiple technical and functional workstreams (network, compute, storage, app teams, colo vendors, etc.)
• Develops the master integrated schedule and manages interdependencies and critical path
• Owns vendor SOWs and resource alignment across program
• Manages RAID logs, executive escalations, change control, and go/no-go governance
• Reports to Leadership stakeholders; translates technical progress into business language
• Orchestrates decision-making and ensures alignment across leadership

Requirements:

• AWS experience
• 6 years of cyber security experience
• Experience in the Healthcare domain
• Ability to build and run the program governance model (steering committees, status reporting, PMO cadence)
• Experience overseeing multiple technical and functional workstreams (network, compute, storage, app teams, colo vendors, etc.)
• Ability to develop the master integrated schedule and manage interdependencies and critical path
