TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, and they are seeking a Customer Service Representative. This role involves supporting medical professionals by handling inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service while troubleshooting basic technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving inbound calls from various medical professionals, including but not limited to: Medical Professionals (such as Doctors or Physicians), Health Organization Staff (such as Administrators or other staff), Health IT Staff or Third-Party Vendors
- Supporting medical professionals with password resets, creating accounts/access, and then transferring to help desk
- Providing exceptional customer service and patience when dealing with busy medical professionals
- Supporting the community via email, chat, and web portal as well
- Learning foundational knowledge to support one of the programs and the systems involved
- Potential for cross-training into other lines of business
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Call center experience - 1+ years
- Professional customer service experience - will be speaking with doctors, nurses, etc
- Internet requirements: minimum of 50 -100 mg download; no satellite internet
- Technical acuity and ability to troubleshoot
- Must sit in Maryland, NC, UT, AZ, or TX
