Responsibilities:
- Formulate the company's product strategy and product roadmap
- Define product positioning, market opportunities, and competitive strategies
- Drive product innovation and product portfolio optimization
- Support the company's overall business strategic objectives
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to market retirement, including:
- Market research and demand analysis
- Product design and development
- Product launch
- Product optimization and upgrades
- Product end-of-life management
- Lead and manage the product management team, including:
- Director of Product
- Product Managers
- Product Analysts
- Build and foster a high-performance product team
- Drive the standardization of product management processes
- Research market trends and customer needs
- Analyze competitive products and industry dynamics
- Develop product differentiation strategies
- Enhance the product's market competitiveness
- Collaborate closely with the following departments:
- Engineering / R&D
- Marketing
- Sales

- Ensure alignment and synergy across product development, promotion, and sales activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Major in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
