ZipHQ Integration Consultant / Technical Engineer

Providge Consulting is seeking a ZipHQ Integration Consultant to lead the integration of Zip into client procurement, finance, and vendor management systems. The role involves designing and implementing integrations, configuring workflows, and ensuring seamless connectivity across various platforms while collaborating with procurement, finance, and IT teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead ZipHQ integration design within procurement and finance workflows
• Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, iPaaS tools (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Tray.io), and native Zip connectors
• Integrate ZipHQ with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Intacct), contract lifecycle platforms (Ironclad, Icertis), finance/AP tools, and identity providers (Okta)
• Configure intake workflows, approval rules, and vendor onboarding processes
• Support UAT, testing, go-live readiness, and operational documentation
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure integration solutions align with business requirements

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience implementing ZipHQ in enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of procurement, source-to-pay, or finance systems
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms using REST APIs and iPaaS tools (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Tray.io)
• Familiarity with ERP, contract lifecycle, and finance system integrations (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Intacct, Coupa, Ariba, Ironclad)
• Experience designing approval workflows, procurement automation, and vendor onboarding processes
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to document architecture, integration patterns, and operational workflows
