DaVita Kidney Care is a healthcare company focused on providing quality kidney care. The Payor Partnerships Project Manager will manage projects and processes to ensure timely delivery of goals while effectively communicating with stakeholders and fostering a positive team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manages projects and/or processes with little oversight, ensuring the on-time delivery of goals
- Monitors timelines, costs, and resources
- Acts to address deviations or gaps to ensure successful project completion
- Works through others, relying on influence to deliver results
- Consistently and effectively communicate progress, results, and project updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Creates a positive team environment where every teammate can contribute
- Takes initiative to define problem and determine root cause
- Recommends and implements solutions, resolving conflicts and roadblocks
- Understands the “why” behind change initiatives and provides knowledge and training to support adoption across team
- Collaborates effectively with leaders and peers in other lanes to drive results and achieve common goals
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or combination of education and relevant work experience
- 4 - 6 years of project management experience
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Experience with change management techniques, including the management of stakeholder relationships
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira)
- PMI certification a plus
- Lean Six Sigma a plus
