HGreg.com is seeking a Customer Success Manager to enhance client satisfaction and retention. In this role, you will build strong relationships with customers, assist them in maximizing the value of SaaS solutions, and identify growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers through regular communication and personalized support
- Onboard new clients, guiding them through setup, training, and adoption processes to ensure smooth integration
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify upselling or renewal opportunities that align with customer needs
- Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track customer interactions, monitor health scores, and manage account activities
- Analyze customer data and feedback to proactively address issues, improve satisfaction levels, and reduce churn
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and support to deliver tailored solutions
- Conduct regular review meetings to assess progress, gather feedback, and set strategic goals for continued success
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management and account management within SaaS or financial services industries
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management tools like Salesforce and familiarity with SaaS platforms
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated sales aptitude with experience in upselling, cross-selling, or renewal negotiations
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights for strategic decision-making
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
- Background in marketing or analysis skills is a plus
- Experience in financial services is highly desirable
