They are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to drive hiring for critical technical roles and enhance the recruiting landscape, focusing on engineering talent and improving processes within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Drive hiring for critical technical roles across Engineering, Data Science, and Product Management, driving full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to close
• Proactively source and engage top talent through Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and other platforms
• Influence and improve processes to help the team work smarter, faster, and at scale
• Share talent market insights with hiring managers to guide decisions on leveling, compensation, and candidate profiles
• Mentor and coach hiring managers and interviewers, raising the bar on calibration, evaluation, and selection practices
• Champion a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects our values and culture at every stage of the process
• Ensure operational excellence with clean pipelines, accurate data, and strong ATS hygiene
• Use data and insights to diagnose bottlenecks, measure impact, and tell compelling stories to stakeholders
• Act as a strategic thought partner to hiring leaders, bringing recruiting analytics and competitive intelligence to shape organizational growth
