Project Manager (Central US Remote)

Climate Pros, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the implementation of project plans for construction activities. This role involves coordinating with clients, managing multiple projects, and ensuring that all documentation and project requirements are met within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute project work plans, including tracking and reporting resource availability, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
• Establish clear project roles and responsibilities
• Coordinate the overall planning for communication, project risk, change management and training
• Facilitate team and client meetings effectively
• Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion
• Communicate effectively with project teams to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
• Gather and review construction documents
• Working with other Project Managers during bidding, negotiation, and post bid process
• Visit job sites to monitor production / quality assurance
• Review the work progress on daily basis
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of relevant experience
• New product development experience required
• Experience working with and effectively leading cross functional teams essential
• MS Project expertise, as well as strong Word, Excel and Power Point skills required
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality projects on tight schedules
• Strong and effective decision making skills
• Be an honest team player, growth-oriented, ability to do whatever it takes; safely!
• PMP certification a plus
