Responsibilities:
- Inspire, mentor, and guide our lawn care team, fostering a culture of growth and excellence. Instruct new team members on applying fertilizer, herbicides, and pesticides using diverse methods.
- Run engaging team meetings to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Conduct thorough lawn inspections, diagnose issues, and provide customers with valuable insights and education, along with effective solutions.
- Safely operate and transport application equipment to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Develop strong relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions, attending to their property and personal needs.
- Embrace ongoing learning and professional development opportunities to manage the intricate dynamics that contribute to branch success.
- Roll up your sleeves when needed, leading by example and ensuring the job gets done right.

Requirements
- Obtain state-issued supervisory licenses for the state(s) you will be working in
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Time spent effectively managing and training employees
- Able to solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to manage tasks, deadlines, and projects
- Proficient in Google or Microsoft programs
- Formal training or education in turf agronomics
- Proven experience in lawn care management, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for helping your team flourish
- Strong communication skills to build rapport with both team members and customers
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift/carry 50 lb. bags of product
- Shifts can include walking and standing for long periods
- Work outdoors in various conditions, including heat and humidity, rain, dust, and noise
Competitive Salary:
$75,000 for base compensation, based on prior experience and licenses. Additional bonus compensation based on performance.
