As our Shop Service Manager, you’ll oversee the 24/7 maintenance operations of a busy diesel truck repair shop. You’ll manage a team of skilled technicians, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and deliver superior service to our customers—all while fostering a positive, productive, and safe workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and support shop staff with TCI’s Core Values at the forefront.
Oversee preventative maintenance, repairs, and fleet needs.
Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety requirements.
Build strong relationships with customers and address service concerns.
Recruit, train, and mentor top talent.
Manage budgets, costs, and operational productivity.
Conduct regular safety and shop meetings.
Qualifications:
10+ years diesel technician experience.
5+ years shop management experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Familiar with DOT & OSHA regulations.
Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) a plus.
Proficient computer skills.
Compensation:
Salary: Starting $75K plus incentives (based on experience)
