We have a great opportunity for an Account Recall Manager to join our team in Lansdale, PA.
The Account Recall Manager is responsible for driving customer retention and ensuring continuity of service by proactively managing calibration renewal cycles within an assigned region. This role focuses on customer outreach, recall follow-up, account recovery, and identifying opportunities to expand service usage through value-driven conversations.
Acting as the primary point of contact for customers with upcoming calibration due dates, the Account Recall Manager strengthens relationships through consistent engagement, timely communication, and high-quality service coordination. The role works cross-functionally with operations, customer service, and pricing teams to ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and a seamless customer experience.
This position is an in-office, Monday–Friday role based in Lansdale, PA and is dedicated to recurring business management within the Trescal service model.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Retention
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Follow up on monthly recalls via phone and email.
• Identify at-risk accounts and collaboratively create strategies to recover/save accounts (non-KAM accounts).
Service Coordination & Quoting
• Create quotations according to client requirements.
• Collaborate with operations, customer service, and the pricing team.
• Track and document customer responses and email quotes in advance of renewal dates.
Renewal Cycle Management
• Proactively contact clients with equipment coming due for calibration.
• Oversee the renewal cycle to recover lost accounts and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Reporting & CRM Activity
• KPI reporting.
• Log all quote requests in Trescal’s Atlas database and coordinate accurately with the pricing team.
KPIs
• Respond to customer renewal RFQs within 48 hours.
• Log all quote requests in the Atlas database.
• Meet assigned monthly metrics for call and email activity.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
• Proven experience in account management or customer retention roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Technical proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft 365.
• Technical aptitude; calibration knowledge a plus.
