We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Services Manager I to join our team!The Administrative Services Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating a variety of administrative and support services that ensure the efficient operation of the organization. This role oversees functions such as records and information management, mail distribution, facilities planning and maintenance, custodial services, and other office support activities. The Administrative Services Manager ensures administrative operations run smoothly, supports organizational goals, and maintains compliance with established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:· Plan, coordinate, and oversee administrative service functions that support daily organizational operations.· Manage records and information management systems to ensure accurate documentation, accessibility, and compliance with organizational policies.· Oversee mail distribution and internal communication support services.· Coordinate facilities planning, maintenance activities, and workspace management to ensure safe and functional working environments.· Supervise custodial and office support services to maintain operational standards and workplace cleanliness.· Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and operational guidelines to improve efficiency and service quality.· Monitor administrative budgets, expenditures, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective operations.· Coordinate with department leaders and external vendors to support facility and administrative service needs.· Evaluate administrative processes and implement improvements that enhance operational efficiency.· Prepare reports and provide recommendations to senior management regarding administrative operations and service improvements.
Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field.· Experience in administrative services management, office operations, or facilities coordination.· Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple administrative functions.· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.· Experience managing administrative processes, office support services, and operational logistics.· Proficiency in standard office software and administrative management tools.
