They are seeking a motivated and personable Business Development Representative to drive growth by engaging with real estate agents and presenting lead generation solutions. Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to real estate agents, utilizing our systems to connect and engage with prospects about our lead generation programs
- Build and nurture strong relationships with current and potential customers to foster trust and loyalty
- Collaborate with team members to develop and refine customer acquisition strategies, ensuring continuous improvement in outreach efforts
- Achieve and surpass specified customer growth targets and performance metrics to contribute to overall company success
- Develop a deep understanding of the real estate industry, our platform, and the services we offer, enabling you to have informed and compelling conversations with prospects
- Manage a pipeline of agent prospects within our CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and engagement to maximize conversion opportunities
Requirements:
- Candidates must be able to work in-person at our Eagle, ID office
- Candidates must be available for a full-time schedule, which may include some evenings and weekends
