Meela Inc. is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to expand its presence in senior living communities and healthcare organizations. The SDR will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with decision-makers in the senior care ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential customers in senior living, assisted living, memory care, and healthcare organizations
- Build targeted prospect lists and manage outreach pipelines
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Schedule discovery calls and product demos for the sales team
- Personalize outreach based on each organization’s needs
- Build early relationships with executive directors, operators, and care leaders
- Understand customer pain points related to loneliness, engagement, and caregiver workload
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using defined criteria
- Maintain CRM records and track outreach performance
- Work closely with leadership to refine messaging and sales strategies
- Provide feedback from prospects to help improve product positioning
- Track industry trends in senior care, AI health technology, and eldercare services
