Idaho Leads, LLC is a dynamic and rapidly expanding real estate lead generation company based in Eagle, Idaho. They are seeking a dedicated Business Development Representative to engage with potential clients through outbound calls and demonstrate how their solutions can help grow businesses. This role offers the opportunity to develop sales and communication skills in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to real estate agents using our proprietary systems to introduce our lead generation programs and demonstrate their value
- Build and nurture relationships with current and prospective clients, ensuring a positive experience and fostering trust
- Collaborate with team members and management to develop and refine customer acquisition strategies that maximize outreach effectiveness
- Achieve and surpass targeted customer growth metrics and performance benchmarks set by the company
- Develop a deep understanding of our platform, services, and the real estate industry to facilitate meaningful conversations and provide tailored solutions
- Manage and update a pipeline of agent prospects within our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping
- Identify client needs, ask insightful questions, and schedule further discussions for detailed program presentations
