Pickworth GTM is a revenue catalyst for founders, executives, and investors seeking traction. The Business Development Representative will create opportunities by engaging senior decision-makers and supporting outbound pipeline generation for clients and internal growth.
Responsibilities:
- Book qualified discovery meetings with senior decision makers
- Drive outbound volume daily across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video
- Research and personalize outreach that earns attention in complex markets
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene across Orum, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Airtable, and Slack
- Collaborate with Pickworth GTM delivery teams to refine targeting and messaging
- Deliver qualified pipeline for client engagements and internal company growth
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of B2B SDR/BDR or inside sales experience
- Hands-on experience using dialers such as Orum
- Hands-on experience using sales engagement platforms such as Salesloft and ZoomInfo
- Demonstrated outbound activity discipline
- Confidence speaking with C-suite and senior leadership
- Strong written communication — concise, strategic, direct
- Comfort operating with autonomy and accountability
- If you have not worked inside a modern outbound tech stack (Orum + Salesloft + ZoomInfo), this role will not be a fit
