HumanSignal is building a platform that powers the creation, curation, and evaluation of high-quality data for AI systems. They are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to lead the positioning of their Enterprise platform, focusing on creating compelling messaging and collateral to support GTM teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own positioning and messaging for Label Studio Enterprise across key personas, use cases, and verticals—elevating our platform narrative beyond “data labeling” to data-centric AI infrastructure
- Partner with the Product team to position and launch new Tier 1 Enterprise features and services, ensuring messaging clarity and GTM readiness
- Develop competitive positioning and internal training to help Sales differentiate in the market
- Translate customer pain points and success stories into marketing assets that drive pipeline and accelerate deal cycles
- Collaborate with Demand Gen and Content teams to support campaigns, product launches, events, and web strategy with compelling narratives
- Contribute to thought leadership and content development, analyst briefings, and case studies
- Evolve our core messaging framework and work with field teams to ensure consistent delivery across touchpoints
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in B2B product marketing with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to executive-level business impact
- Experience marketing to data science, AI/ML product leaders and engineers, or MLops personas is a strong plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Track record of building high-quality, enterprise-focused sales enablement content
- Deep understanding of product positioning, competitive strategy, and product launch frameworks
- Ability to thrive in a lean startup environment, with a strong bias for ownership and action
- Bonus: familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) or open source GTM motions
