ASUS is a leading technology company specializing in PC components, and they are seeking a Product Manager for their Components product line. The role involves developing product strategies, conducting market research, managing product roadmaps, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Components product line, aligned with company goals and market trends
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels
- Ensure production schedules are feasible and align with manufacturing capabilities and constraints
- Adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in demand, material availability, and production issues
- Communicate production plans and schedule changes to relevant stakeholders
- Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the PC industry
- Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements
- Drive successful product launches, developing compelling positioning and messaging to maximize market impact
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales tools, collateral, and training programs
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve product features, functionality, and user experience
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly evaluate product performance against these metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience in product management (Power Supply/ Case/ Case fan/ AIO cooler experience is a plus), business development in technology industry
- Able to manage priorities and workflow
- Exercise good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
- Able to make successful presentations to individuals and/or groups at all levels of an organization
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
- Able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages
- Ability to understand and respond to a diverse population
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
- Able to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility is required
- Experience creating reports, especially on Excel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin is a plus
- Experience with Oracle ERP system
- Up to date with industry trends and business models
