The Manager of Client Marketing – Emerging is responsible for building and scaling marketing capabilities that support new business acquisition and early-stage program growth, while leading the development of Marketing as a Service offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Regional Directors and business development teams to develop marketing components of new business proposals
- Create and maintain standardized marketing proposal content and templates
- Develop and manage marketing budgets for new business opportunities
- Support go/no-go decisions with feasibility and effort estimates
- Co-develop Marketing as a Service offerings with senior leadership
- Define service models, scopes, pricing, and delivery assumptions
- Create proposal language, sales decks, and enablement materials
- Develop internal training and documentation
- Own the marketing startup process for all new programs
- Translate proposal commitments into executable marketing plans and budgets
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders for smooth launches
- Transition stabilized programs to Client Marketing Managers
- Provide leadership and direction to direct reports and departmental staff, including interviewing, workforce planning, assigning and monitoring work, completing performance evaluations, coaching, mentoring, and administering disciplinary actions when necessary
- Support and mentor team members in achieving their annual goals as well as their long-term career development goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field required
- 6–8 years of relevant marketing or client services experience
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience required, directly or indirectly
- Strong client service and excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage a wide variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize workload effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, program employees, and vendors
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, draw conclusions, and solve practical problems
- Basic knowledge of mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios

- Experience with proposals, budgeting, and program startups preferred
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies; experience with Smartsheet preferred
