Circle Logistics is seeking experienced freight producers for the role of Senior Business Development Manager. In this position, you will build and grow your own book of freight brokerage business while managing relationships with shippers and carriers, all with the support of a national 3PL infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Build and grow your own book of freight brokerage business
- Develop and manage relationships with shippers and carriers
- Own your desk and manage shipments cradle-to-grave
- Drive revenue growth and maximize margins
- As you scale, recruit and mentor team members supporting your business
Requirements:
- 3+ years in freight brokerage sales (truckload / domestic ground)
- Proven success in building and growing a book of business
- Strong shipper relationships and carrier network
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to grow something long-term
- Ability to operate independently and drive results
