Summary: 

The Product Director for Cloud Suite Industrial will provide senior product leadership for key strategic initiatives developed in the India region. This role is responsible for driving product strategy execution, acting as the primary subject matter expert for assigned product areas, and ensuring close alignment between product management, engineering, business analysts, and global stakeholders.

As a critical member of the Cloud Suite Industrial Product Management leadership team, this role will help enable aggressive growth targets (20%+ annually) by accelerating delivery, improving product quality, and expanding product and domain expertise within the region. The Product Director will also lead and mentor associate product managers in India, helping to build a high-performing, scalable product organization.

Key Responsibilities:

 Product Strategy & Execution

• Own and drive execution of CloudSuite Industrial product initiatives aligned with corporate and business unit strategy
• Serve as the product subject matter expert for assigned domains, ensuring deep understanding of customer, industry, and market needs
• Partner closely with global product leadership to ensure regional initiatives align with overall CloudSuite Industrial vision

Delivery Leadership & Cross -Functional Collaboration

• Work day-to-day with engineering and business analyst teams in Hyderabad to ensure clarity, speed, and quality of execution
• Provide timely decisions and guidance on scope, requirements, trade-offs, and priorities
• Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early and proactively drive resolution
• Ensure continuous communication and alignment across product, development, QA, and global stakeholders
• Support agile delivery practices while maintaining a strong focus on outcomes and customer value

Requirements & Product Definition

• Lead definition and validation of product requirements for new product development and enhancements
• Ensure requirements are clear, actionable, and aligned with strategic goals and customer needs
• Review and validate detailed functional designs produced by business analysts
• Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term platform, scalability, and extensibility considerations

Leadership & Talent Development

• Act as a people leader and mentor for associate product managers in the India region
• Coach junior product managers on product thinking, execution excellence, and stakeholder management
• Help establish consistent product management practices, standards, and operating rhythms within the region

Required Qualifications

• Strong direct experience working with SyteLine and/or CloudSuite Industrial 
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional product initiatives in a global, matrixed organization
• Experience working closely with engineering and business analyst teams in an agile environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with industrial manufacturing, supply chain, or service management domains
• Prior management experience 
• Familiarity with SaaS-based ERP platforms and cloud-native architectures
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business
