Credit Suite is a fast-growing fintech company helping entrepreneurs access business credit and financing to grow their businesses. They are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Sales Growth & Partnerships Manager to build and activate partnerships that drive scalable revenue through affiliate and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate high-potential affiliate and strategic partners
- Activate and grow those relationships into consistent, scalable revenue
- Drive growth through three partnership models: Affiliate Referral Partnerships, Strategic Partner Program, Product 'Roll-In' Partnerships (High-Impact Focus)
- Focus on relationship building, partnership strategy, and closing high-value opportunities
Requirements:
- 5+ years of business development experience in affiliate or influencer partnerships (not general sales or account management)
- An established network in the business credit, fintech, entrepreneurial, or small business creator space preferred
- Understanding of SaaS, fintech, lending, coaching, or entrepreneurial ecosystems
- Strategic thinker who understands revenue models and deal structure
- Confident leading conversations with founders and executive decision-makers
- Ability to independently manage a pipeline and drive measurable results
- Strong communication skills across virtual meetings, podcasts, and written outreach
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote, performance-driven environment
- Proficiency with tools such as Go High Level, Slack, Zoom, and social media platforms
- Experience in fintech, business credit, or funding
- Experience launching or scaling affiliate programs
- Podcast hosting or public speaking experience
- Experience working with SaaS, online services, or digital products for entrepreneurs
