The GTM Marketing Manager will drive demand generation across priority industries in North America, partnering closely with sales and industry leadership to translate growth priorities into integrated marketing programs that generate qualified pipeline opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives that generate brand awareness and qualified enterprise leads
- Partner with sales leadership to align marketing programs with priority industries, strategic accounts, and growth objectives
- Develop targeted marketing initiatives that engage enterprise buyers and buying groups across priority accounts
- Coordinate cross-channel marketing initiatives across events, digital campaigns, PR, content, and partner marketing
- Support high-impact industry events, executive programs, and ABM initiatives targeting priority accounts
- Build a deep understanding of target audiences and translate insights into marketing strategies and campaign execution plans
- Track campaign performance, marketing-sourced leads, and pipeline influence
- Use data and insights to continuously optimize marketing programs and improve pipeline generation results
- Manage and mentor members of the marketing team while coordinating cross-functional contributors supporting campaign execution and marketing programs
- Collaborate with global marketing teams, including colleagues in Brazil, to coordinate campaign execution and share insights across regions
- Track budgets, manage expense reporting, and coordinate vendor invoices and payments to ensure accurate financial oversight of GTM programs
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology, consulting, or digital services
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior executives, sales leaders, and cross-functional teams
- Experience working with enterprise sales teams and complex buying cycles
- Strong background in demand generation or vertical marketing
- Demonstrated ability to develop marketing programs that generate qualified leads
- Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across events, digital, content, and PR
- Experience managing marketing team members and coordinating with cross-functional contributors
- Experience marketing AI, digital transformation, or enterprise technology services
- Familiarity with marketing and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, and intent platforms like 6sense
- Experience working with modern marketing tech stacks and campaign management tools
