The Senior Marketing Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the agency and clients, developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to drive measurable results and strengthen client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service, satisfaction, and retention
- Develop, present, and optimize data driven marketing strategies aligned to client goals and budgets
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, programs, and communications
- Draft strategic and creative briefs and collaborate with creative, digital, and shared services teams
- Monitor and report on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Partner with program and business development teams to identify and pursue growth opportunities
- Manage budgets, project setup, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency
- Lead campaign reviews and post project debriefs to support continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in marketing account management, client services, advertising, or communications
- Proven success leading integrated, multi channel marketing campaigns
- Proficiency with marketing analytics platforms, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards
- Ability to budget, forecast, and track marketing spend and performance metrics
- Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and effective at prioritizing in fast paced settings
- Strong relationship building skills with a collaborative, client focused approach
