The role involves building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and managing the full sales cycle from initial demo to closure.
Responsibilities:
- Net-New Logo Acquisition: Qualify, demo, negotiate, and close new MSPs and Enterprise customers. You will own the full sales cycle from initial demo to closure. Partner with your BDR and Marketing to drive pipeline via LinkedIn, industry events, peer groups, and referrals. We operate with the mindset 'Customer Service drives revenue.'
- Pipeline Management: Using AI, HubSpot, and other tools at your disposal to provide accurate forecasting, correct deal stages, and accurate next steps
- Best In Class: Utilizing your skills to position IntelliGRC as the platform that solves problems, not just checks boxes. Be the Subject Matter Expert in the room. Confidently converse about complex Cyber Compliance frameworks such as CMMC, SOC2, ISO27001, and more. Sell to founders, CISOs, compliance leads, and MSP owners
- Collaboration & Handoff: Transition closed deals cleanly to Account Managers with clear expectations. Bring market feedback to Product and Leadership to refine messaging and offerings
