Cyber Security Business System Analyst

RandomTrees is seeking a Cyber Security Business System Analyst to enhance their operations. The role involves gathering requirements, coordinating projects across various teams, and supporting customers while ensuring effective communication in OT environments.

Responsibilities:

• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills, particularly in OT environments
• Experience coordinating initiatives and projects across IT, OT, and cybersecurity teams
• Hands‑on experience with system testing, including integration and regression testing
• Experience supporting customers and resolving production or operational issues
• Ability to develop training materials such as presentations, guides, job aids, and walkthroughs
• Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and work management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Change Gear)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint and Visio
• Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
