About this role
Encore Consulting is seeking a Senior SailPoint NERM & SC Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of identity governance solutions. The role focuses on Non-Employee Risk Management and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver secure identity solutions in a cloud environment.
Responsibilities:
- Sailpoint engineer
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of identity governance solutions with a primary focus on Non-Employee Risk Management (NERM) and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (C)
- Drive secure and compliant entity Lifecycle management for contractors, vendors, and other non-employees, leveraging the latest cloud native SailPoint ISC capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security architects, application owners, and compliance stakeholders, to deliver scale, poly-aligned identity solutions in a modern cloud environment
Requirements:
- SailPoint certifications (eg, SC Certified Implementation Engineer)
- Knowledge of NERM-specific risk scoring and access governance models in cloud environments
- Experience with cloud-based identity platforms and hybrid environments
- Familiarity with Optum or healthcare industry AM requirements
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices
- US Citizen based in the United States able to pass a public trust background check
- 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (AM) with a focus on SailPoint platforms, including C
- 2+ years of experience implementing NERM or third-party identity governance solutions in cloud environments
- Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XM, REST/SOAP APT, and dosad integration technologies
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle processes, RBAC, and access certification in cloud native platforms
- Experience integrating SailPoint nC with Active Directory, Azure AD, ServiceNow, and Hi system
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, HITRUST, and SCX
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
