Prospecta Software is a leading data management software company founded in 2002. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to build a strong pipeline of enterprise prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research target accounts and decision-makers in the US market
- Execute outbound activities via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social selling
- Qualify inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect pain points, business needs, and buying intent
- Qualify leads using BANT / MEDDICC / ICP-based frameworks
- Schedule high-quality meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM
- Track outreach activities, follow-ups, and conversion metrics
- Achieve monthly and quarterly qualified SQL targets
- Develop strong understanding of Prospecta’s products, value propositions, and use cases
- Stay updated on US market trends, competitors, and customer challenges
- Effectively articulate ROI and business value to enterprise prospects
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging and targets markets
- Share feedback on lead quality and market insights
- Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to present and articulate business development outcomes, including pipeline contribution, lead quality, conversion metrics, and account-level insights
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience as a BDR / SDR / Inside Sales professional in B2B SaaS
- Hands-on experience selling to US-based customers
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Experience in Data Management, MDM, Analytics, or Enterprise Software
- Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder selling
- Experience with sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
