Circle Logistics, Inc is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead and grow one of their strategic branch locations. This role involves driving business growth, building high-performing teams, and managing financial performance to achieve revenue growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and win new business to expand the branch’s portfolio
- Leverage your industry insights and relationships to unlock high-value opportunities
- Cultivate long-term partnerships with key customers and industry stakeholders
- Build and lead high-performing operations and sales teams

- Coach and mentor team members, preparing the next wave of leaders under your guidance

- Leverage your carrier relationships to secure reliable capacity and competitive rates

Requirements:
- 5+ years in freight brokerage or logistics sales, with a proven record of growing accounts and revenue
- Strong existing network of clients and/or carriers
- Experience building and managing teams—whether formal leadership or informal mentorship
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger to lead, grow, and eventually run your own branch
- Comfortable with responsibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to lead from the front
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required for candidates with strong industry experience
