Customer Service Representative

Gallagher is a company dedicated to helping clients manage risk effectively. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients, assisting with insurance needs and ensuring exceptional service through accurate policy management and collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations
• Answer client questions about coverage, billing, and claims
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless service

Requirements:

• A high school diploma (or equivalent); a bachelor's degree is a plus
• Experience in customer service, insurance, or policy administration
• A Florida 2-20 General Lines Agent License or 4-40 Customer Representative License
• Familiarity with insurance systems like Epic and Microsoft Office Suite
• A strong understanding of insurance regulations and compliance
• Ability to work 100% remotely
