They are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their Sales Enablement Technology & Readiness team, focusing on delivering high-quality training and content for sales teams while leading technical initiatives and collaborating with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technical programs and initiatives to support sales enablement efforts
- Partner with internal teams for content development, training design, and facilitation needs
- Coordinate training schedules, including instructor-led sessions and workshops
- Create and maintain engaging ILT materials, primarily using Google Slides
- Work cross-functionally to define scope, timelines, and dependencies, and support change management for successful tool and process rollout
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Technical Program or Project Management
- Experience creating and facilitating instructor-led training materials
- Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting sales enablement or go-to-market teams is preferred
- Background in facilitation or training delivery and familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Smartsheet is advantageous
