Senior Product Specialist, Digital Marketing

ICONMA is a Clinical company seeking a Senior Product Specialist in Digital Marketing for their Remote location. The role involves assisting product owners with the execution of product roadmaps, managing day-to-day SDLC operations for E-commerce digital solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.

Responsibilities:

• The Product Specialist reports directly to the Senior Product Manager
• This role would be responsible for assisting product owners in day-to-day SDLC operations for E-commerce digital solution(s)
• Supports Product owners on digital initiatives within a portfolio
• Responsible for assisting Product owners with day-to-day execution of product roadmap
• Heavy involvement with documenting notes and recaps from Standup/Core hour calls and Working sessions
• Prepares tasks for Designers, Copy team, and Business analysts (BA) in JIRA on decisions made from team meetings
• Help review BA UI and Functional stories prior to Entry Amigo
• Assists with Discovery work and Epic creation
• Work cross functionally with the internal business units, vendors, and IT tech team to complete work against strategic plans
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product based on business value and/or ROI
• Assist with product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
• Help Product owners with UAT
• Communicate feature releases to stakeholders and Business SMEs
• Be the advocate for the customer while balancing the business needs

Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience in digital field
• A positive attitude and excited to learn new solutions and processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to details to capture all notes and decisions made during team calls
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative thinker
• Product owner experience a plus
• Project management experience a plus
• EDI Implementation or Punchout experience a plus
• Knowledge of Agile process and principles a plus
• Jira experience a plus
