Heartland Veterinary Partners is dedicated to enhancing the lives of veterinarians and their teams. They are seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to execute social media, email, web, and digital campaigns that engage external audiences and support internal initiatives. This role involves storytelling, content creation, and performance tracking to effectively convey the Heartland mission and values.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and schedule content that engages and provides value across platforms, aligned with campaign priorities and brand voice
- Build, write, and design email campaigns that nurture leads, support initiatives, and drive measurable engagement
- Develop and optimize web pages and landing pages that showcase our culture, programs, and mission
- Create presentations, internal communications, event materials, and campaign assets that support company initiatives and cross-functional teams
- Ensure consistency across all content by leveraging established templates, guidelines, and messaging frameworks
- Partner closely with the Director of Brand Marketing, VP of Marketing and key internal stakeholders
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on data and insights
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role
- Proven ability to create high-performing content across social, email, and web
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Design fluency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Experience working within brand guidelines and using templates effectively
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- A collaborative mindset with the confidence to take ownership and the humility to seek feedback
