ROCIMG is seeking a part-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help expand their commercial client base through targeted outreach and relationship development. The role focuses on identifying prospective clients, engaging decision-makers, and scheduling qualified meetings for firm leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify companies aligned with our target client profile
- Build and maintain prospect lists in the CRM
- Identify key decision-makers within target organizations
- Conduct targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Execute multi-touch outreach campaigns to engage prospective clients
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects
- Engage prospects to understand their needs and potential alignment with our services
- Schedule introductory meetings for firm leadership
- Capture prospect insights and qualification notes in the CRM
- Share firm insights, articles, and industry perspectives with prospects
- Support outreach connected to marketing campaigns and industry trends
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in the CRM
- Track outreach activity, responses, and meetings generated
- Provide feedback on messaging effectiveness and market opportunities
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in one or more of the following: Sales Development, Business Development, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Recruiting or consulting sales support
- Strong written communication and professional email outreach
- Comfortable initiating conversations with prospective clients
- Strong research and prospect identification skills
- Organized and comfortable managing prospect lists
- Familiarity with CRM systems (ActiveCampaign, Apollo, experience is a plus)
- Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting
- Self-starter comfortable working remotely
