They are seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate growth through strategic partnerships in the mobile security, surveillance, telecom, and infrastructure markets.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive Outreach: Expect to actively identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and creative outreach strategies to build a robust sales pipeline
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned market verticals to expand market presence
- Required to travel throughout territory to drive growth initiatives
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the benefits of EFOY fuel cells
- Utilize Salesforce for accurate forecasting, tracking sales activities, and reporting on pipeline progress
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and gather market intelligence
- Provide regular updates and feedback to senior management on market conditions and competitive positioning
- Develop and implement strategic plans for entering new markets and segments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in business development or strategic sales, with a focus on technology solutions in the CCTV, Telecom, or Traffic markets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Highly-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Deep understanding of mobile surveillance technologies, infrastructure deployment, or alternative power systems is a strong asset
- Knowledge of fuel cell technologies is an advantage
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
