They are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Marketing Manager to lead the creation and execution of data-informed marketing campaigns targeting specific customer segments, collaborating cross-functionally to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop demand generation marketing campaigns with a multi-channel approach that engages our target audience and deliver new opportunities and pipeline
- Utilize customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to refine targeting and messaging strategies
- Collaborate with Field Marketing Managers, Sales, Data Analytics and other teams to align on messaging, targeting, and measurement
- Align with Partner sales and marketing teams to integrate partners into campaigns and identify where we can extend reach and results with campaigns through partners
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure efficient and agile execution of programs
- Provide regular updates to marketing and sales leadership on the status of marketing programs, how we are contributing to pipeline and helping meet our objectives
- Continuously optimize and refine strategies and tactics to optimize results and ROI
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in B2B technology, software and/or services companies
- Proven track record of leading successful cross-functional marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of various marketing channels and their roles in an integrated strategy
- Experience working with partners on demand generation campaigns
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Salesforce and Marketo or marketing automation expertise
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
