They are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead projects, manage teams, and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle in a collaborative office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and evaluate projects, builds and manages project teams, ensuring quality control throughout the project life cycle
- Execute/create project content associated with the scope of work as needed
- Be a problem solver and solution provider. Cadnetics has built a culture of building creative solutions and empowering team members
- Assemble a team, implement a plan and provide reports on performance
- Maintain ongoing relationships with team members, clients and possibly vendors
- Oversee the execution of project work, ensuring that the work product meets project scope requirements
- Support efforts related to scoping, estimating and proposal creation
- Create reviews and authorize all work prior to delivery
- At times, partner with other Project Managers on other projects
- Lead project kickoff meetings
- Set clear expectations and communications for your project team
- Balance your team's workload
- Contribute to your team by creating task and deadline management
- Make jobs easier moving forward, by using and creating company standards
- Provide the best product, ensure quality
- Provide focus and keep the team within budget and on schedule
- Keep the client informed on scope changes and fees
Requirements:
- Advanced Revit skills and proficient in AutoCad
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field and/or ten (10) years of relevant and increasing work experience (including management of others)
- Strong understanding of reading and reviewing construction documents, building safety requirements, and complex drafting techniques
- Strong understanding of CAD/BIM industry, concepts, practices, and procedures
- Architectural retail and medical experience
- Knowledge of merchandise/ SKU /sales trends relationships
- Experience in architecture
