Growth Marketing Lead (Demand Systems)

We Inspect is a Home Health Engineering firm specializing in mold inspection and indoor air quality. They are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to build and operate marketing systems that generate qualified demand for their inspection services.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and optimize the marketing system that generates qualified opportunities
• Improve funnel performance, build new ones when needed, and ensure smooth handoffs from marketing to sales
• Implement tracking, analyze campaign performance, and continuously improve results
• Guide messaging, landing pages, emails, and content so they convert
• Oversee the content system across channels including email, SEO/GEO, social media, and podcast appearances
• Help strengthen demand in key geographic markets as the company grows

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in growth or demand marketing
• Think in systems, funnels, and optimization loops
• Obsessed with understanding why something did or didn't convert
• Strong copy and creative instincts
• Highly self-directed and comfortable working remotely
• Comfortable operating inside marketing infrastructure and platforms
• Demonstrate how they currently use AI in marketing beyond basic prompting
• Comfortable working across modern marketing platforms including Airtable, WordPress, CRM platforms, Email marketing platforms, Analytics tools, SEO tools, Social publishing tools
• Experience in health, functional medicine, or environmental illness
