CookWise LLC is an innovative, AI-powered app transforming meal planning and grocery shopping for home cooks. As the Growth Product Manager, you will take full ownership of the product's vision, strategy, and market success, driving high-value features from concept to delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the product vision and prioritize the roadmap based on market trends and customer feedback
- Accountable for P&L, user adoption, and overall financial performance
- Own the product backlog and partner with Scrum teams to facilitate efficient sprint cycles
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers, business leaders, and developers
- Monitor KPIs to iterate on features and advocate for the 'voice of the customer.'
Requirements:
- 3+ years in Product Management with a proven track record of driving growth and executing strategy
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Agile methodology expertise
- Excellent communication skills to influence all levels of the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder living in the US (no sponsorship)
- Ability to travel 10–25% for team collaboration
