Freelance Senior Product Manager (B2B Saas)

Kertos is a rapidly growing company founded in 2021, focused on transforming compliance into a seamless standard. As a Freelance Senior Product Manager, you will leverage your product and technical expertise to shape the next generation of compliance solutions, collaborating with clients and teams to drive product improvements and enhance automation.

Responsibilities:

• Drive outcomes, not just output: Transform complex compliance challenges into intuitive, automated workflows that customers genuinely enjoy using
• Lead discovery and delivery: Collaborate closely with our clients, development partners and internal users to deeply understand problems, validate ideas early, and deliver fast, meaningful improvements for NIS2 and mid market
• Own the roadmap: Shape and prioritize the NIS2 and mid market roadmap independently, while aligning closely with your squad, our development partners, clients, and internal stakeholders
• Decide with data: Define success metrics, track adoption, and use insights together with Marketing and Customer Success to continuously improve product impact

Requirements:

• Deep experience in B2B SaaS product management — gained in startups, scale-ups, or larger companies that operate with an agile mindset
• Comfortable discussing frontend, backend, and cloud technologies
• Experience exploring how AI can enhance products
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear insights for cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Genuine excitement about new user flows, AI-driven automation, and emerging trends in design, tech, or product development
