
Swarm Aero is redefining air power by building the largest swarming UAV network and the most versatile swarming aircraft ecosystem in the world. The Executive Assistant will report to the Operations Manager and directly support our three founders. This individual will serve as a force multiplier for the leadership team, ensuring focus, organization, and operational continuity.
This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and execution. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes pride in creating structure in high-growth environments

This is not a traditional administrative role. This position directly enables the speed, clarity, and output of the company's founders and Operations leadership. The right person will meaningfully influence how fast Swarm Aero scales.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $90,000–$120,000 base, plus equity and competitive benefits.
Location: Fayetteville, AR preferred; remote considered for exceptional candidates.
