Millennium is a leader in cybersecurity, providing support for critical national security missions. They are seeking a Business Analyst responsible for developing comprehensive Business Case Analyses and After Action reports to aid Senior Leadership in decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analyses of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement
- Gather and analyze data to understand trends, relationships, and insights that impact business operations
- Develop detailed business cases to support project and program initiatives, including cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments
- Prepare After Action reports that objectively review the outcomes of projects and initiatives, highlighting successes, challenges, and lessons learned
- Coordinate with project managers, stakeholders, and team members to gather necessary information for business case development and reporting
- Ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals and strategic priorities
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics to provide accurate and timely updates to Senior Leadership
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to drive project success
- Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews
Requirements:
- an active secret clearance with an eligibility to obtain Top Secret clearance
- Proven experience in business analysis and program management, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and conciseness
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Consistently and confidently delivers clear, concise, and impactful briefings on complex subjects to senior leaders, enabling informed, strategic decision-making
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience or Two years of relevant experience with an Associate's degree will be considered the equivalent of a Bachelor's degree
- Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time
- Certification in business analysis (CBAP) or project management (PMP)
- Army experience desired, Army NETCOM experience a plus
