GoldFinch Cloud Solutions is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help scale one of the fastest-growing Salesforce-native ERP & Accounting platforms. The role focuses on building relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem, generating new business opportunities, and supporting the Account Executive team in driving growth.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new pipeline through outbound outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and targeted campaigns
- Identify and research potential customers that fit our ideal profile
- Schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Build relationships with Salesforce AEs and ecosystem partners
- Maintain clean and accurate prospect activity in Salesforce
- Work closely with Marketing to follow up on inbound leads
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of BDR/SDR, inside sales, or customer-facing experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Curious about how businesses operate and how technology supports them
- Self-driven and comfortable working remotely
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Exposure to ERP, accounting, or operational systems
- Familiarity with manufacturing, distribution, or nonprofit industries
